An email will be sent to your attention with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you can track your shipment with the tracking information number.

We ship mainly to any location in the United States and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes. For international orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your needs and we can determine whether we can accommodate an international order.
We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused merchandise with the original confirmation and package for up to 30 days after purchase. The original cost of shipping is not refundable. All sales on customized products, and used clothing, shoes and items such as hand wraps, groin protectors and the like are final. Returns are refunded to the method of original payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by G&S. If you are returning a product because it is defective, you must let us know first by emailing us at email@example.com, stating the reason for the return and the order number. We will then contact you with specific instructions. Also see below in the section discussing warranties.

We occasionally run promotions and may offer discount codes on our website or via social media. Be sure to check online and on the website every once and awhile to see if we are offering any promotions.
We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is used, once returned, we will evaluate whether the product was misused or whether, in fact, the reported damage arose as a result of a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect, you will be offered a replacement product as close to the original as we may have in stock, or to have your purchase amount refunded, less shipping costs. If making a claim, you must contact us at email@example.com and include a detailed description of the defect, copy of the original confirmation and picture of the product.
