We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused merchandise with the original confirmation and package for up to 30 days after purchase. The original cost of shipping is not refundable. All sales on customized products, and used clothing, shoes and items such as hand wraps, groin protectors and the like are final. Returns are refunded to the method of original payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by G&S. If you are returning a product because it is defective, you must let us know first by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the reason for the return and the order number. We will then contact you with specific instructions. Also see below in the section discussing warranties.
